The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Nukipa Labs GmbH is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
